4 miles at 6:55 pace.  Faster each mile.  Workin my way up slowly but surely.

4 miles total.  2 One mile repeats at 6:00 pace.  Felt good to get some speed in again (speed for me right now is a 6 minute mile :).

Did a little snowshoeing for some cross training.  8ish miles.  I was hiking on a road covered in snow cuz the roads are all blocked off.. It was great though!  Saw some half eaten deer along the way too.

Started off the day with some swimming (my attempt to breathe and stay afloat would be a better way to describe it).  I WILL finish an ironman in the years to come.  

3 mile run at 6:23 pace.  I'd say my knee felt the best it has since the 50 miler.  Making progress.
